Both communities are located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ., ten minutes from the Atlantic City airport, minutes from several beaches and fifteen minutes from Atlantic City! Both locations offer residents many options for shopping and traveling while still maintaining a peaceful and quiet lifestyle in our communities.

Just a short drive down the road there is a Bank, CVS, ShopRite, Restaurants, Home Depot and more. If driving the opposite way, just down the road is a Wawa, Walt’s Original Primo Pizza, and Ocean Heights Auto Repair!

Residents in our community are responsible for maintaining their lawn (grass, leaves, etc.), sidewalk, patio, driveway, snow clearance from said sidewalk and driveway, along with their gas and electricity charges among other things. There are local landscaping companies (such as Prime Cuts) that maintain yards for a small fee for residents if needed.

No, all homes are purchase only. As the owner you cannot rent or sublet the home after purchasing the unit. This helps maintain a friendly and safe community for all our residents.

In the summer months we have an outdoor heated pool for our residents to enjoy, as well as a storage lot to store boats and trailers.
